HOW DOES IT WORK?
All fees will be covered by us. We will prepay a shipping label to ship to our nearest location to get the device back to us. Depending on the situation, we can provide you with a completely new device or repair your current device.
You simply need to contact us with your order number or email you purchased.
There is no need to register in our warranty program. When you purchase, you are registered by default.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Every external damage due to misuse is not covered in our warranty. We can still offer support but all fees must be paid by the customer.
AFTER THE WARRANTY ENDS.
We still offer support for every type of damage. Shipping fees, cost of reparation and every other cost needs to be covered by the customer.
